SuperOven delivers professional performance in a simple and immediate way, enabling cooking techniques not typically found in traditional ovens, such as grilling, frying, vacuum cooking, smoking and dehydrating. Its intuitive digital interface activates over 400 automatic cooking programmes: users simply select the desired result, and the oven automatically chooses and adapts the ideal settings based on the quantity of food. It also features a built-in ventilation system with a professional activated carbon filter that removes odours and vapours. And cleaning is fully automatic: at the touch of a button, the oven cleans itself using water and UNOX’s patented eco-friendly detergent.
The Unox Casa App
The Unox Casa culinary experience is completed by the Unox Casa App, the digital extension of SuperOven. Available in multiple languages and downloadable from major app stores, the app is structured into three distinct sections: My Oven, an intuitive dashboard that monitors cooking and cleaning phases; Programs, a space to create personalised cooking programmes; and Cook Like a Chef, an exclusive collection of recipes curated by Unox chefs and international culinary stars, designed to showcase the full performance of SuperOven.
